The Uttarakhand Technical University (UKTU) is a public state technical university. It was established on January 27, 2005 through the Uttarakhand Technical University Act. The university is located in the city of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. The university has various departments such as Architecture, Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Industrial & Production Engineering, Biotech Engineering, Engineering and Technology, Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Medical Sciences and Pharmacy. These all departments offers the various undergraduate and postgraduate courses B.Tech, B.Pharma, B.Arch, BHMCT, MBA, MCA, M.PHARMA, M.Tech. Every year the university conducts the entrance examination for admission in UG and PG courses of UK Government & Private Colleges. The counselling will be held at Various centers in Uttarakhand very soon so the university will soon announce
