The Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited (BSPHCL) is state-owned electricity regulation board. The headquarter of the BSPHCL is located in the city of Patna, Bihar, India. The company has been divided into five parts; Bihar State Power Generation Company Limited, Bihar State Power Transmission Company Limited, Bihar State Power Distribution Company Limited, South Bihar Distribution Co.
