The headquarter of the board is located in the city of Jammu,Srinagar, J&K, India. The board was established in the month of August 28, 1975. Many private schools are affiliated with the board and provides the best education for students from Class I to Class XII. The university has divided three subjects in 12th class. These three subjects are science, commerce and arts. Every year the board conducts these all examinations in the month of March and provides the Exam Date sheet in the month of February. This year the board has been announced the Date Sheet/ Time table on its official website at www.jkbose.co.in. The written examination will be held according to courses wisely.
